GOH HOCK LEONG
Hock Leong is an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya having more than 10 years of experience in advisory work and dispute resolution.
In his practice, he has regularly advised financial institutions & businesses in transactional legal matters, involving risk evaluation & mitigation, policy & contract drafting and legal compliance. He is also an experienced civil litigator, having represented several major financial institutions in all aspects of contentious & recovery proceedings and is adept in handling complex banking, corporate & commercial disputes.
Hock Leong is currently a general advisory & dispute resolution lawyer, with a special focus on legal matters involving technology and the internet [transactional legal matters related to development & sales of digital assets, privacy & confidentially issues, online disputes and etc].
Hock Leong obtained his Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of London and was subsequently admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 2013. He also holds the Master of Laws (LLM) from the University of Strathclyde with specialization in the area of Internet Law.
Lai Yong Xiu
Ms. Lai Yong Xiu obtained her L.L.B from University of London (External) in year 2019. After the examination of Certificate In Legal Practice (CLP) with Advanced Tertiary College in year 2022, she started her chambering with our firm in January 2023 under the pupilage of our partner, Ms. Kung Shin Tyan, and completed her pupilage in October 2023.
She is admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of High Court of Malaya on 8th December 2023 and subsequently retained by our firm as Legal Assistant.
She is currently involved in the general litigation work, conveyancing, estate planning and real estate work of the firm.
