Conveyancing Lawyer

Responsibilities:
• Handle all aspects of conveyancing, including sub-sales, developer projects, discharges, perfection of charge/transfer, and mortgage/SME/corporate loan documentation.
• Draft, vet, and review agreements accurately with minimal supervision.
• Provide sound legal advice to clients on conveyancing matters.
• Liaise effectively with clients, bankers, developers, and government authorities.
• Ensure strict compliance with statutory requirements, procedures, timelines, and regulations.
• Manage conveyancing files, update progress reports, and maintain file records.

Requirements:
• LL.B (Hons) or equivalent with valid practicing certificate.
• At least 1–3 years of conveyancing experience (auction experience is an added advantage).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Meticulous, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Litigation Lawyer

Responsibilities:
• Handle a variety of litigation matters, including commercial disputes, contractual claims, debt recovery, employment disputes, landlord-tenant cases, and injunction applications.
• Manage cases from pre-action through trial, including drafting pleadings, affidavits, submissions, and legal opinions.
• Appear in hearings, trials, and case management before Subordinate Courts and the High Court.
• Provide clients with practical, strategic legal advice on disputes and risk management.
• Engage in settlement discussions, negotiations, and ADR.
• Maintain multiple case files and adhere to deadlines.

Requirements:
• 1–5 years PQE in civil/commercial litigation.
• LL.B (Hons) or equivalent with valid practicing certificate.
• Strong advocacy and drafting skills.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and spoken).
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Organised, proactive, and solution-oriented.

Corporate Lawyer

Responsibilities:
• Advise on and handle a wide range of corporate and commercial transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, property development, joint ventures, and due diligence.
• Structure, draft, and negotiate transaction documents.
• Manage and liaise with cross-border clients and foreign counsel.
• Provide advice on corporate governance and regulatory compliance.
• Liaise with land authorities and local councils on corporate and property development matters.

Requirements:
• 1–5 years PQE in Corporate/M&A.
• LL.B (Hons) or equivalent with valid practicing certificate.
• Exposure to ESG, corporate governance, banking & finance, debt/equity capital markets, sukuk, or Islamic finance advantageous but not mandatory.
• Offshore investment handling will be an added advantage.
• Excellent drafting, analytical, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple transactions.

Conveyancing Clerk

Responsibilities:
• Assist lawyers in all aspects of conveyancing, including sub-sales, developer projects, loan documentation, perfection of charge/transfer, and discharges.
• Liaise with clients, bankers, developers, and solicitors to ensure smooth progress.
• Monitor deadlines, attend to correspondence, and prepare status reports.
• Provide administrative and clerical support to lawyers and the team.
• Draft basic conveyancing documents including those relating to Proclamation of Sale.
• Maintain and update file status on relevant platforms.

Requirements:
• Minimum SPM/Diploma qualification; legal/conveyancing background preferred.
• 2–5 years’ experience in conveyancing support work.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
