Conveyancing Lawyer<\/h3><\/div>

Responsibilities:<\/span><\/strong>
\u2022 Handle all aspects of conveyancing, including sub-sales, developer projects, discharges, perfection of charge\/transfer, and mortgage\/SME\/corporate loan documentation.
\u2022 Draft, vet, and review agreements accurately with minimal supervision.
\u2022 Provide sound legal advice to clients on conveyancing matters.
\u2022 Liaise effectively with clients, bankers, developers, and government authorities.
\u2022 Ensure strict compliance with statutory requirements, procedures, timelines, and regulations.
\u2022 Manage conveyancing files, update progress reports, and maintain file records.

Requirements:
<\/span><\/strong>\u2022 LL.B (Hons) or equivalent with valid practicing certificate.
\u2022 At least 1\u20133 years of conveyancing experience (auction experience is an added advantage).
\u2022 Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
\u2022 Meticulous, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.<\/p><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Litigation Lawyer<\/h3><\/div>

Responsibilities:<\/span><\/strong>
\u2022 Handle a variety of litigation matters, including commercial disputes, contractual claims, debt recovery, employment disputes, landlord-tenant cases, and injunction applications.
\u2022 Manage cases from pre-action through trial, including drafting pleadings, affidavits, submissions, and legal opinions.
\u2022 Appear in hearings, trials, and case management before Subordinate Courts and the High Court.
\u2022 Provide clients with practical, strategic legal advice on disputes and risk management.
\u2022 Engage in settlement discussions, negotiations, and ADR.
\u2022 Maintain multiple case files and adhere to deadlines.

Requirements:
<\/span><\/strong>\u2022 1\u20135 years PQE in civil\/commercial litigation.
\u2022 LL.B (Hons) or equivalent with valid practicing certificate.
\u2022 Strong advocacy and drafting skills.
\u2022 Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and spoken).
\u2022 Ability to work independently and under pressure.
\u2022 Organised, proactive, and solution-oriented.<\/p><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Corporate Lawyer<\/h3><\/div>

Responsibilities:<\/span><\/strong>
\u2022 Advise on and handle a wide range of corporate and commercial transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, property development, joint ventures, and due diligence.
\u2022 Structure, draft, and negotiate transaction documents.
\u2022 Manage and liaise with cross-border clients and foreign counsel.
\u2022 Provide advice on corporate governance and regulatory compliance.
\u2022 Liaise with land authorities and local councils on corporate and property development matters.

Requirements:
<\/span><\/strong>\u2022 1\u20135 years PQE in Corporate\/M&A.
\u2022 LL.B (Hons) or equivalent with valid practicing certificate.
\u2022 Exposure to ESG, corporate governance, banking & finance, debt\/equity capital markets, sukuk, or Islamic finance advantageous but not mandatory.
\u2022 Offshore investment handling will be an added advantage.
\u2022 Excellent drafting, analytical, and negotiation skills.
\u2022 Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple transactions.<\/p><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Conveyancing Clerk<\/h3><\/div>

Responsibilities:<\/span><\/strong>
\u2022 Assist lawyers in all aspects of conveyancing, including sub-sales, developer projects, loan documentation, perfection of charge\/transfer, and discharges.
\u2022 Liaise with clients, bankers, developers, and solicitors to ensure smooth progress.
\u2022 Monitor deadlines, attend to correspondence, and prepare status reports.
\u2022 Provide administrative and clerical support to lawyers and the team.
\u2022 Draft basic conveyancing documents including those relating to Proclamation of Sale.
\u2022 Maintain and update file status on relevant platforms.

Requirements:
<\/span><\/strong>\u2022 Minimum SPM\/Diploma qualification; legal\/conveyancing background preferred.
\u2022 2\u20135 years\u2019 experience in conveyancing support work.
\u2022 Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
